I see. so I am guessing they try to calculate it themselves, failed to set correct limits, and make rounding errors. should have just used a lookup table

PB has -30WSM, which is the same as 30 EIAS
You have 11 EIAS missing to reach the 41 EIAS bp

EIAS = floor((120 * IAS) / (120 + IAS))
IAS = ceiling((120 * EIAS) / (120 - EIAS))

ceiling(120 * 11) / (120 - 11)) = 13

Can confirm, you need 13 ias when using PB, unless slowed or affected by any skill granting EIAS.

does ias on gear even work on whirlwind? i thought it didnt?

oh, and i cant figure out how maxroll got the numbers they got. it doesnt make sense, maybe im just stupid. 72 ias would be 45 eias right? with pb that gives us 75, which just isnt a breakpoint
