The game uses all ias on gear now since a patch a while ago so you actually can hit 4fpa with 89 ias assuming you’re not decrep or HF

if you are going to use grief, at least use a zweihander base or a phase blade(much easier to hit ias breakpoint).
sell your colossus sword or avoid chaos sanctuary or places with decrepify/chill/holyfreeze.
you will need at least 50 ias from gear for 7FPA. 95 from GEAR just to hit 6 FPA. this is with slowest ias rolled grief in colossus sword at 30ias / each.

7FPA is slow AF. 6FPA everyone still says it's fine.

yea it's with decrep

use horazon gloves+boots, you get 30 ias, a ton of dex, a nice bit of ar, some str, cannot be frozen, 20-30 magic dmg resistance, and a bit of fire dmg theyre so nice for melee chars. not having to use raven means u dont have cold dmg that messes with horking.
