nothing stops you from both holding insight and using hex siphon, you need the extra mana and its healing more than just mana
meditation aura in practice is really just the same effect as saying +10 teleport. Its not remotely enough mana regen to sustain holding down a spammed high mana cost skill in combat, but it helps offset most of the mana lost while teleporting around

Having enough mana (from gear ideally) to not having to rely on potions should be one of your goals for the build imo. Insight lets you infinite tele at 125FCR easily.

hex siphon doesnt spawn on tomes

echoing strikes, blade warp, mirrored blades, all the hexes, also maybe levitation mastery havent tested, all dont spawn on tomes. Daggers can get any skill
have to spend 3 hard skill points or have a extra annoying swaps

echoing strike specifically what is best i was using the maxroll one then i needed more mana sustain so i tried the siphon one and it sustained mana good, but i think im going to stop using pride on my merc and have him use insight again, because dual leech doesnt do it for me mana wise, its enough but i like teleporting all the time.

so for pure damage what and cleear speed what is best hex i shoudl be usign? purge or hex bane and how many points do i need in it? shoudl i max it cause i was told to max blood oath for defense.

There’s a difference.

I use womb reaver and I 1 shot everything even with my meager 73k dmg and 425MF
