adding to that, there is a grim dawn mod out there that recreates d2 in full (all 5 acts, classes / skill trees, uniques, runewords etc) mixing it with grim dawn mechanics (double classes, constellations...) i had a blast playing it few years back it's really well done

edit : the mod's name is Reign of terror (lol)
edit2 : apparently they added a 6th act since i've last played it, gotta check it out sometime !
