I set my tainted + consume hotkeys to be far away from the rest on the keyboard so I have to make an extra movement to do them, and only cast it by putting tainted on the opposite side of a screen and immediately consume it

This is the way. I’ve never eaten my heph. I only eat probably a quarter of the time though. I should try it more
