EXPERT OPINION SEE MY SIG last wish wearing ANTI-optimal merc toting refusal to learn macho barb all while promoting youtube where the gameplay is exceptionally slow and actually poorly played

The gear is not tailored towards killing any kind of ubers.

You try to proc life tap from dracs with frenzy, instead of casting it from a wand once and be done with it.

You gear your merc so that he overwrites life tap with amp immediately after.

You don't event try to split the ancients or anything.

You almost died couple of times, having 4k life pool and dropping to below 1k hp.

Honestly ,half the time my expert remarks are troll. I know you must of caught on by now. I think the Cstrike thing came about from appearance more so than gameplay.

What setup would you use barb vs ancient uber ? Honestly running more damage reduce would be helpful, at least a dungo which I didn’t have.

Also agree on the life tap over ride issue. I wouldn’t run that Merc for Ubers again

This was also just 10 days into Ubers and I was using pretty much the gear I had found or traded for.l

You should consult the Big Barb Clan
They are the true experts on the class and have numerous builts available to take down these colousses ancient
And variest other builts like for example pitberserker, horker, thrower, ww, ect
Just type in Big Barb Clan or they're tag for short on goggle

grief stormshield dracs goblin string raven angelic. helm/armor for res, could use gface too
lifetap wand on swap, use concentration. youre basically a smiter
but idk havent actually tried it

I d honestly be curious to try shaftstop. With lifetap you really don’t need a sheild. I proved that once my merc died. The dr from shaft would probably be gg. Maybe not needed. It’s all about preference at some point.

shaftstop is ok. treachery res dr attack speed might be better. dont remember breakpoints

e/ i hate preproccing fade though, so i dont use it usually

Yeah agree on the fade thing. I think we could at least agree dungos is the best belt barb vs uber ancients

sure, but not a huge difference. mostly taking it for the dr. extra fhr is cool I guess

e/ honestly, with the hp pool barb has, do you even need dr? maybe going for attack speed would be better for belt. but again dont remember breakpoints
e2/ depends on the other slots i guess. just stormshield should be enough dr
