Though I am not a part of the target audience, expanding the answers to include "not playing" increases the amount of information provided from the survey. Not only do you get to see how people that are playing are playing, but people that are not playing at all. It's a win-win.

Thanks for all the responses, I am a bit surprised that so many folks farm TZ P1

No friction.
No multibox management,
No "I want this area"
No "I have to poo poo" and game drops from P7 to P6
I played 2 mins, and want to stop, or have an emergency, I can quit the game without feeling like I'm bailing on the team.

And for TZ like Eldritch or Pindle I like to challenge myself on "how many runs during this TZ", trynna get the most runs in. Not doable when splitting.

Also, sniping elites is just as good in P1 as it is in P8, except your kill time is lower.
This is personal but I like MF, when Holy Grailing it looks like P1 elite sniping beats P8 by far, and being P1 allows you to give up on some DMG to the benefit of the MF.

I would guess most people have at least one or two reasons in common with me, most likely other reasons that I either forgot or dont have.
