Yes. I have not been able to confirm if you can use multiple of these.
It be way to overpowered.
You could literally go -120% enemy resistances on a hammerdin now. -90% on sunders and -30% from new items.

Just killed tier 1-5 heralds in a game on HC sorc. Nothing exciting to report, drops were always rand rares.
Almost got 1 shotted with full barb bo on teir 5 herald though...

Mosaic as it is right now will be removed from ladders. We still have the ones already made in NL, but this will most likely become like an "OG 1.08" item in D2R.
