Simple, show me a different setup that has better kill speed on higher player difficulties (you can use hero editor), the core items of the build are perfect (rbfs and 30cold ice) the rest of the gear doesnt really matter. I could get away with 10 10 5 anni and a 10 10 torch it would not lower my dmg output :bonk:
You dont really need perfect gear to reach lvl 99 too yet people do it all the time.

The damage comes from +skills -cold% +cold% increase attack speed +raw added cold dmg from rbfs. the 10attributes can be translated to +10vitality since i use enough str and dex only to wear my gear
