I know the Bo barb is true not sure about the mechanics but if that’s how the mechanics are I’d think that would apply to mosaic sins and everyone is doing it wrong lol

First of all 2 CTAs dont work together. I give you a quick look where the skills come from:

CTA + Hoto = +7

Helmet = +6 (3Warcries 3 Battle Orders)

Armor = +2 (i usually use Eni here)

Amulet = +3 (Warcries)

Rings = +2 (SoJs fit here well)

Belt = +1 (Arach ofc)

Torch = +3

Anni = +1

Skiller charms = +9

Thats lv 54 Base. Level 57 is absolute max for Bo (+1 Warcry +2 shrine)

My Bo barb has lvl 58 bo

Mosaic assassin is a different story.

Cta gives a barb skill to any char, auto moda like +3 phoenix strike only boosts assa skill lvl.

short summary to solve the confusion here:
CtA grants BO as an Oskill (skill that is open to all classes, not restricted to xxx only). Oskills are capped at +3 over ALL sources. this means that a barb will at max gain +3 BO no matter how many CtA he wears (but ofc will profit from +1 all and any other boni). similarly, sorc will only get +3 to every skill granted from TO set boni, and flame bellow. amazon and CS from insight/evade from hustle, ...

regarding topic: max BO bonus from weapon slots is +7 for barb with CtA/HotO or CtA/echoing weapon

Using 1 cta gives you 1 skills + 3 bo
When you use 2 the second one only gives +1 bo

Highest you can get is 1 cta/1 3 skill wep

How? 55 should be max without skill shrine?
