Wepon = 50% Slow
Golem = capped at 50% Slow
Decreap = 50% Slow

=-150 EIAS and EFRW.

You can LR after HIT.
-50 to enemy PR/PLR priro to LR.
-107 to enemy PR/PLR with LR.

Damage: 110k+ over 19,2 seconds according to planner.
18,2k AR according to planner

Other socets can be chosen depending on setup. (BER/LO etc)
Ur currently 12 FPA, but with 5 more ias ur at 11 FPA.
You should choose walk for max block, its same speed as run on this build.

It’ll be difficult but I remember way back maybe a decade ago a TO nova nec that used to dominate the blood moor with his FRW he would desynch like crazy

They dont desync the same in d2r.
But this build can be used in d2lod too ofc.

maybe it'd be good sometimes to burn through ethereal plague fanged knives?

i could see the plague's ctc being annoying, though...
