Your Battle.net files could be messed up somehow. I'd try a fresh install and see if that works.

My Wife have same problem. I can play without any problems but she can´t create game.

Deleting chars not possible too. Says "locked".

We did sent allready hours ago Ticket but no reply atm.

Can be just a Bug or like this. We saw some ppl in Battlenet Forum and they have same problem.

So, it´s not cause Blizz is in your Account or like this XD. What will Blizz in any Account if ppl play legit xd. They can search 10 years on mine or my wifes computer and they will finding nothing.

Yeah you right.

We had answer but very dump answer.

They said;: My wife have to check Tel Number lol.

We did delete it and put it new in the Account. We did reinstall D2.R complety new.

Nothing works. She can create only Offline char and can play, but online same shit. Can´t create or join games.

I will wait til tomorrow and then I write again a good Ticket to them.

IDK what kind of ppl working by Blizz. People for them only good if we pay for anything money.
