There is just too many flaws in the trades and scammer accusation process, i thought it was just me.

But it seems like mediator should join the game to make it 100%

This is Jsp's new way of doing it to accomdate the mediators over multiple platforms (pc, xbox, ps, switch) so they can "mediate" multiple platforms without having to own each platform



This is how mediating used to be done in the good old days.

The new way is dumb af, I've fought with a couple mediators over the new process and it's like talking to wall.

I agree with you 100%, the new way of using a mediator doesn't feel as safe as it did years ago.

I’ve not use mediator since 2006 lol when I was a noob trading some junk. I guess so far I don’t have gg items to trade away or to give first. I’m always the Buyer for items n use on my chars for fun, so on my end I always send fg not more than few hundred fg don’t have gg items haha.

Now if I’m trading items for 15k fg I better receive first lol, otherwise will have to trust the popular users n known active traders using 2/3 rule. Or wait for mediator

Saves time ( 5 min trades tops )
Provides a middle man that holds the fg until both parties confirm the trade has occurred and everything is OK.

yeah, unless they don't. And one person says the trade happened and the other disagrees.

You lose the benefit of mediation done properly. In the old system, if the mediator was not in on it it was a guarantee the trade would go through clean. At this point it is barely safer than not using a mediator at all, because you can end up in the same he said she said situation as without a mediator
