Conviction and Lower Resist effectiveness will be 1/5 effective even after a Sundering Charm's applied effects. (This change will go into effect on October 6 once Ladder Season Two begins).

The wording is very specific though. Mentioned Conviction and Lower Resist, both terms capitalized and called out by name.

I'm betting on ATVI being incompetent and Cold Mastery is untouched.

Cold mastery unaffected. And i assume jewels and general - resistance stats are not going to be effected. pretty sure that Lower Resist reduced to 1/5 means the curse, not the actual stats.

so 1/5 of -85 thats -17 only from lvl 12 conviction...

so 78 res left (given 95 res after sunder)
