45+life gcs cant drop from ilvl 99monster, but someone told me that one droped in a chest in ptr ? is that ture?

all areas lvl 99 can drop gcs lvl 99 with 45 lifer, like baal today

Areas with 99 ilvl does not exist
Terror Zones add +lvl to normal , champion and unique monsters base lvl not to chest etc

only lvl 99 monsters can drop 41+life gcs diablo & baal only

99 ilvl can be only on Monsters not chests

right now i would take anything coming from ptr with a grain of salt. on a video cooley posted he had +50 life on a pgc lifer

And somebody know maybe when ladder 2 will be?
