4 frames pre cast
1 frame cast
4 frames post cast
During the 4 frames pre cast you can't block an attack, during the cast frame you can't block, but during the 4 post cast frames you can. This makes it that you can always cast your spells without being interrupted by a block.

Yeah, I don't get it either...
So, you'll be hit more often in the new patch but won't be interrupted... at all? Because being interrupted post cast doesn't really do anything bad, right?. Does this make "uninterruptible" skills less valuable now? Because every skill will be uninterruptible...?
