Its an open source screen capturing software (more for sharing simple things on the users screen)
It has really awesome "print screen" features.
It basically works like microsofts own snipping tool, but with a ton more customize options.
One of the really nice features is to automatically upload your image to a image hosting site!
All the major sites are fully integrated, and you can even connect it to an existing account!
And when its all done, you can have it not only automatically copy the URL to your now just uploaded image!
You can even have it add text both before and after the URL.

So when trading on JSP, you now only have to press "ctrl+q", then paste the already formatted image url directly to your thread.
No more pressing print screen, then opening and editing the image in a image editing software, save it, upload it, copy the url and so on....
BAM! one key press, and you're done
