I’d say a 100% perf one is worth minimum 10x 100% perf griff due to all stats varying.

100% perf griff is about 120k -150k fg
100% perf gheeds = 1m++ fg?

and alsot that belt is super busted .. 20fhr , 20fcr , 20frw , 15@ .. wet dream for pvp-ers esp nec , not to mention -emr
