20 points for super unique

... like Hephato or Lister (which were pretty common in S13)

Ideally I need some physical damage and cursed mod, also frozen aura, multishoot, maybe lightning enchanted? Anything else?

Hell witches in act 5 if you only invest 1 point. They cast amplify damage as an attack they have
