How low of a budget are we talking about? And Ladder or Non-Ladder? Assuming softcore.

Spirit runeword level budget: hammerdin, java, cold sorc, some warlock builds. If you are non ladder, with 2 gul runes use mosaic.

Yes mb, miss some precisions. HC ladd and i mean builds without enigma.

HC ladder id go jav or lite trap sin, seems safest. You got summons and are ranged.
Also there are warlock builds maybe the mirrored blades xbow build or taintlock.

This. Run arcane or hell cows to gear up. Very safe.

I'm playing blizz sorc, it's squishy af without a decent stuff and full cold immune :c

Just need two spirit, smoke/stealth lore/pcrown
3 cold ammy
Some res gear

And a cta at most

With static/blizz and decent merc you can easy farm Meph/andy etc

Or wiz/spirit wiz/ss
