i've had 2x times today that I killed the countess and didn't get any rune drop. one of the times the gold in the side rooms wasn't there. i've never seen this until ladder bc this is my first season. It feels like all the drops are way different than NL

Depends how many players is in game at kill.

You probably did p1 before? And these times you did higher players amount?

so far it's just been those 2 i've probably done 40-50 runs. they were all on p1. i'm a struggling sorc. hopefully things will be faster now that i've geared up a bit

most of the 15k fg I made last season was in the first week (the only week I played), and most of that came from random bases dropping from those racks.

There's a very low probability to get no runes at all, and NL|ladder isn't involved.
From my experience, it's something around 1% chance, at least in P1.

Item racks are somehow still underrated. I click those and tombs anytime they are within my kill zone.
