Build: PVM & PVP, more of a PVP focus, but still want to run PVM.

PvM and PvP is completely different

For PvM, magic dmg is secondary to CE
You’d be using hellwarden (-8fire -8magic) with a -10 fire jewel and sunder.
Using amp + telestomp with infinity merc, supported by bone spear to get a corpse to then start chaining CE.

For pvp, the above makes no sense.
You’d better be using some expensive 2/20/30/2os circ with much better defensive/utility/mobility stats than a lil extra 8% magic pen.

Gheed > arach in both case, unless we talk about some low roll that doesn’t meet your requirements (so many variables on this item…)
