I usually just do sturgeon pike or collasal bulge

174 ias... impossible without ias armor (or 75 ias with metamorphosis)
for a 5 frame...
as always, out-damaged by 2 x grief

0 ias if you play d2r classic

30 from horazon gloves + boots
10 from belt
20 from amy
45 from helm
120+30+10+20+45=225

or if I’m not trolling you, 70ias rare is reaching 175ias

There is no reason to use this for pvm, except being supa cool

For pvp there is a niche use case in melee vs melee:
You use a +3 or 4 rangeadder (same range during ww) to outrange your opponent in a melee vs melee tactical battle
