ive changed things around with gfx settings etc but i cant seem to fix it

u can unpack files and delete flame shaders when u play -txt -direct

i know its shit and old but stuff like d2r or league play smooth as hell unless im in the river of flame near lava xD

Do you cap fps to match your refresh rate with your monitor it can help
