Have a whirlwind barb currently using two griefs. Wondering what thoughts are about changing one weapon to beast for fanaticism? Also considered getting an act 1 merc with faith.

What about thoughts on using enh dmg opalvein?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

On which base items are the Griefs made on?
Is that a PVM or PVP barb?

Phase blades and PVM

Then fanaticism is far from being needed.
You'll already feel very comfortable with a total of 54% IAS, which is easy to get with gear alone.
With Highlord's Wrath and Laying Of Hands (2 key pieces), you'll be at 70-80% total on each hand already.

Oh I do, I have that from the griefs alone. I was just trying to find ways to improve damage and clear speed.

Just keep in mind the IAS on each weapon doesn't affect the other, so you can't just add those 2 values together.
That means you definitely want to have at least 14-24% (depending on how much IAS you have on each Grief) outside of the weapons themselves.
