Came back to D2 after a few years of Poe when i saw the new expansion
Cant stand the guide-sites, but have read a little, but its so fucking generic, basic stuff only, no thoughts or deeper info.

Anyways, warlock is now 93
Eth CV insight, enigma shako spirit arach trang, LL/ML rings with fcr and a mara
Stats in town
2126 Life
12-29k dmg
55/75/75/55 res
125 fcr
+13 all skills (no skillers atm)
Plan is to keep FCR and build around that, mainly doing TZ(new since i last played)

Strength for gear (Spirit mon)
Rest in Vita

MAX ES - Warp - Mirror - Levi
1 point in Entire Demon tree exept "Consume" (no points in Cansume) <------- This seems like a massive misstake after reading up a little on what it does
(This gets me 2 demons max with current gear) <------- 2 seemed fine until i prev note info
1 Point in sigil Lethargy
1 Point in Bane
10 Points in Purge (Hex i run 100%) <----- I feel some aoe dont hurt, but during baal lvling, few got green weps out, is Purge bad?
Now feeling some of this is a misstake, but it works alright during 8man tz in a pub baal run game... so dident worry to much

3. So consuming a Demon counts as a demon, so iv learn, summon Deflier (One i currently run next to bound), and a goatman, consume goat-boy but dont resummon it, this grants me a dmg buff worth having? This is correct and worth?
4. I would just like input/preference in hex usage, and if any is worth more points then 1?
5. Remaining points, Hex for effect, Blood oath for tankyness, something else?

3 demons allow you to have 2 defilers, they will increase a lot your killing speed against random enemies.
Strength just to wear items, all in vita. You don't need to block with max blood oath, so nothing in dex.

yes that's correct. Don't worry about extra str for damage, you'll do lots of damage anyways. Dex for blocking is fine, but since you're using spirit, just go full vita. If you were using obsession and storm shield or something, then I would go for block. 1 point sigil, 1 point in the hexes. rest in consume if you like the goatman for the frw (it is nice) - otherwise just summon the defilers.

About the hex, forget about purge. Add the last points in levitation.

xx% damage taken goes to your demons is OP.

For PVM you don't need max block so no point in dex, so all in vita after you have enough str for the gears.


The remaining points just up to you, may be put into Levi.
I'm just lvl 85 with no enigma and torch so I don't have to think too much.

About Hexes, are u saying 1 in bane and thats it, or just not put spares into Purge?

Ooh ok? I Touhht u wanted 3 max, my bind, 1 defiler for defence, and to sac a goatman for dmg (and while "saced", still counts as 1 of the 3 while buff is active), isent defiler just a defence buff? How does 2 help kill speed("alot")?
Like i said, i dident even put a point in Consume, this is the part i rly dont get, so sorry if this sounds clueless..

Alright, yea for me i like the TP speed, and just how it feels, might swap Insight for Fort later and sort FCR with helm or amu swap

Anyways, like i replied to cantero, what i completly have looked over and is not clear about is the 3 demons, and sac a goatman vs 2x defilers, if u want, feel free to tell me more!
