Pulsar X2A eS Wireless.
One of the rare actual ambidextrous mouses which have buttons for left thumb.

Prior to that I had a Zowie FK2, very similar except the thumb buttons for left handed... didnt work. Pretty disappointing for a supposedly ambidextrous mouse.

More for FPS than ARPG but it works just fine for both.
