Hey all, new player to D2. Are there any recommendations on what gear I should be looking to keep vs. sell?

For example, I have seen that Fast Cast Rate is a good stat? Weapons with 4 sockets? All resistance? Certain legendary/unique items?

Any guidance it appreciated!
