No, he told me that in the D2LOD like 10y ago and recently I saw a thread of a guy who found soj in normal Baal and that gave me a flashback of what that guy told me

If i remember correctly i think its possible with regular NM baal

NM WSK/Throne drops up to Lo iirc.
Nilha is first NM mob who can drop Shako.
NM Baal has a 1:2.2k odd to drop Shako with 0 MF.
