PSA if you are planning to buy unid torches for a chance to roll Warlock beware. I’ve seen people selling unid items farmed on LOD then transferred to ROTW. While they are transparent that they are farmed in LOD there’s no real way of knowing so better to farm yourself or just buy warlock outright if thats the case to save yourself the heartache.

Same goes for sunders too. Just be cautious or farm yourself.

Yes, I wouldn’t be trading for any unid torches- there’s no good way to know where it came from. Unless, you have never id’d a torch, it will say “eligible for chronicle” in the trade window. I tested this. This only works up until you have id’d your first torch.

Should say, don’t go this route if you specifically hope to get a warlock torch. If you want torches for any other class, then by all means, go ahead and gamble on it 😆

Yeah much better off buying org sets or keys I've seen the s/a and unless you buy bulk would be hard to prove you were even scammed.

You can also use chronicle to exclude some variations of unid items. I recently got a set amulet and it didn't show me it's eligible for chronicle. I had previously found only Iratha's amulet of all set amulets and it was Iratha's again.

The thing with chronicle is you have to be in the same game when it drops for it to count. You cant go buy all of the ones you havent found and id them, it wont count towards it. There was a detailed description of this on one of roneyes posts when rotw went live

Yeah it applies also. If you buy a gamble pack none of those will say eligible for chronicle since you werent in the game when they dropped

So like I haven't found a soj yet but I have found manald and nagel so I could run nm andy and pick out the sojs and sell the rest as unid ofc I would never but it's gonna be something to watch out for now. The sojs will say eligible for chronicle the others won't
