if you have a ton of +skills and reach max consume and 20 mastery you dump the rest of your points into either bind demon or engorge, and engorge is how you buff your siphon + demon at the same time

What about Levitation ?

The benefits of levitation mastery per point are pretty small and its best impact is that it gives +15 damage block to psychic shield
because each point in consume gives more %ed than mastery, % max life, % efrw and much needed duration, and each point into engorge gives +1 laek/maek to siphon and a bunch of benefits and duration to engorge's effect on your demon
