My understanding of the statues are you fight the act boss, and he/she drops the statue for that act maybe 1:8 to 1:15 of the time.

(I personally fought Andy and Meph today back to back 25+ runs each 30 minute interval and got one statue)

That being said, certain act bosses aren't terrorized some days. (For instance only Meph+Andy was terrorized today, the 16th)

Apart from jumping on Asia/EU servers to fight different terrorized zones that won't spawn in NA (a bad system forcing you to change realms) how do you reliably get statues?

Get the pieces to tz a whole act. Its not supposed to be easy to get to.

Someone posted this, but I can't confirm:

Chances of getting the statue from the current act is 18/20. Then there is a 1/20 chance of getting one from two different acts.

Like Andy will drop the act 1 statue 18 our of 20 times. But 1 in 20, she will drop A2, and 1 in 20 she will drop act 3.

Baal will drop the Act 5 statue 18 our of 20 times. But 1 in 20, he will drop A3, and 1 in 20 he will drop act 4.
