Hotspur for that juicy fire resist + 15% max - ultimate HC chaos boots.
Waterwalk for nice life and dex and a modest + 5% max fire - solid safety boots.
WT for nice chunk of MF - solid MF boots.
Sands and rare boots are pointless for hammer.

Hs allows you to hard stomp on third seal pack even with conviction for faster clear when power leveling. Nn mf if you aren’t even looking at drops so there isn’t an option that’s better in that case

I don’t even use boots on my hammerdin, he prefers to be barefoot

For PVM I prefer aldurs

40% frw (save time in town), life and fire res, it's basically perfect
