This download is 5.58 GB.... Has to be more than some Korean kids getting an age bump. Right?

In no way would I ever think this but I'm sure they could have done the age thing with a few hundred mbs of data.

Console requires a full re-download of the game unless they wait for Playstation etc to approve changes (used to be delayed start times because of this compared to pc)

Well a redownload of the game would be in excess of 10gb...
