D2R PvP 1v1 North America Ladder (NON LADDER)

About D2R PVP

We are a disc group/d2jsp guild for the last 7months now, we have hosted over 120 tourneys and paid out over 380k FG. Our goal is to make the pvp community larger!
Anyone is welcome to join the disc to spectate duels - Any duelers may join the d2jsp guild !

Join our pvp discord you may pm me or any moderator in the d2r pvp guild !

When there are 15 sign ups we will use a random generator bracket to set the positions of each player.

Challenging Opponents:

-All match-ups will be FT5 games unless both parties agree to ft3 in Central games unless both parties agree to a East/West game.
-When challenging on the Ladder, post all information for both participants and send a personal message to the player you challenged ASAP.
-You must send a PM in discord for it to be a valid challenge.
-You may not challenge someone who is already engaged in an active challenge. All other pending challenges will be on hold until the first initial challenge is completed.
-You may challenge opponents who are up to 2 ladder standings ahead of your current standing. This is an optional method to climb the ladder faster.
-After a player has been challenged, they must accept the first challenge that comes to them.
-Challenges are first come first serve.
- Please screen share your duels in the disc
- If you need a moderator you may pm someone from this list in the discord hopefully one of us are around if not you may post pone the duels until there is a moderator to spectate ( we shouldn't need this though all priders will be banned )

Rechallenges:

-Players are allowed to re-challenge their opponent every 24 hours.

Inactivity / The Dodge Rule:

-After a challenge has been posted, it will stay open for 3 days. If the recipient does not accept the challenge, or the match does not take place within 3 days of the initial post, the challenger will automatically win the match due to the "dodge rule".
-Optionally, Challenges may be extended to 48 hours if both parties agree.
-We will not automatically update the dodge rule for you, you must be able to provide the quote for the original challenge. This prevents players who have already talked to their opponent about the match and are simply waiting for it to take place to avoid negative ladder impact..
-You may not challenge someone who is already engaged in a previous challenge.

Posting Correct Screen shots:
-The winner of a challenge must post at least two screen shots of the duel.

Ruleset

-Map is always cut at the den follow the red lines and you can only play on these maps below:

General:
Games are central by default when possible. Central servers have east and west locations. If the majority of the lobby is east or west, create the central/east or central/west game. Ping example of an east player: 16-46 ping in east, 46-98 in central/east, 78-125 in central/west and 125+ in west.
Stream sniping is prohibited
Share your screen when in a tournament is 100% mandatory
Do not enter a tournament if you can’t stream
Round must be restarted if a player isn't host to someone in teams, regardless of time in duel, players dead and life totals of remaining team.
If you are disconnected during a match, you cannot rejoin the game and continue that round with your teammates. If it's 1v1 and you disconnect, it is a loss unless agreed upon by your opponent to re-do the round.
If you accidentally use a health/rejuv/well shrine, you are considered dead and must go to town. If both teams agree to re-do or allow to continue - that is OK.
All mods, hacks, programs are banned. (WMC allowed)
Toxic attitude and arguing with the host/moderator will lead to loss/disqualification
If asked to show stats, gear, inventory & swap you must not move in game and share screen immediately. Failing to do so will result in a suspension or ban.
Both players/teams must signal the start of the duel
No offensive abilities or curses be casted prior to start of the duel
Ties are null duels
No consumables other than mana potions and arrows
No respecs/tokens between or during matches

Map Related
H style only and the map is cut based on the number of players alive on each team.
Bridge and north gate versions exist
Item spacing must be turned off when creating games
The Moor is to be cleared before dueling
No use of houses (accidentally entering the house is excused - request a mediator to sit in house if it is excessive)
Mana pools must be in a corner, not in front of town.
Duels do not stop if your opponent is grabbing mana - you can be killed getting mana.
Exception: Duels can only be paused if there is no mana in either corner by saying "m".
You cannot purposefully camp mana or drink mana to deplete the pool

Items Related:
No stash prebuffing, only inventory/cube is buff allowed
Charges allowed: Oak Sage, Enchant, Teleport, and Heart of Wolverine
Sunder Charms, Plague RW, Doom, Blackoak Luna, Infinity and Rising Sun are banned
PDR limited to 11
Max resistance is 85%. (Exceptions are listed under class allowances)
No fire sorb/stack vs Assassins (75% res only)
450 Cold Resistance
420 Cold with Raven
Max absorb is 20% - when using absorb (% or flat) do not exceed 80% max resistance to the same element (exception tgods/phoenix)
No more than one poison damage small charm is allowed
Life rep is capped at 33
Only one item that grants CtC Life Tap can be worn at a time
No more than 66% Open Wounds

Mediation Related
One warning is given per tournament, next offense will be a disqualification
Warnings will be given for:
Defensive play
Flaming the team via chat or voice
Disagreeing with mediators
Cleansing without amp or being poisoned
Not engaging with your team when you are low life
Not re-boing yourself or dropping gear to rep faster.
Camping in houses
Camping corners
Character Related

Amazon:
Zon can use Enigma only
Strafe is banned
Enchant is banned (you cannot be enchanted by a teammate either)
Impale vs IAS based chars is banned
Slow missile is banned
1 point in Plague Javelin
1 point in Poison Javelin
Javazon can use Draculas
No more than 16% life leech

Necromancer:
Golems Allowed in FPK Tournaments: Blood Golem
Golems Allowed in TPK Tournaments: Clay Golem (or blood if no amazon)
Golems Allowed in 1v1 Tournaments: Clay Golem allowed vs all except Barb, Smiter & Ghost/Hybrids
No more than 13 points in bone spirit
No more than 1 point bone armor
NvN in 1v1 and team duels is spear only, oak is allowed.
Bone Prison is allowed only versus characters that can teleport
Banned skills: Poison Nova, Bone Wall, Corpse Skills, Skele/Mages/Revives
Banned curses: Lower Resist, Iron Maiden, Decrepify, and Life Tap
Block:
Teams: No more than 15% block versus non-amazon teams
1v1: No more than 30% block chance, exception is 50% against Ghost sins

Paladin:
Hammerdins may use +10% max fire resist vs Sorceress (Must be true hammerdin build)
Paladin may use 100% Open Wounds
Holy Freeze may not be used against amazon and barbarian
Activating a resist aura is banned
Activating/Using Meditation, Prayer, Holy Bolt, and Redemption is banned
More than 1 hard skill point in Prayer is banned (for cleanse purpose)
Cleansing is not banned however using it other than the purpose of removing curses or reducing poison duration is not allowed
Defensive gc's are banned
1 piece of tap is allowed
Conviction is banned

Druid:
Wind is the only build allowed (max nado/twister/cyclone/hurricane/oak/sw/cano)
Teams: Bear or 3 dire wolves only.
1v1: Bear or 3 dire wolves.
Exception: 5 spirit wolves are allowed vs Barb, Hammerdin, Amazon and Ghosts
Summons: You cannot re-bo your minions unless you need to re-bo. Lvl 14 bo = 160 sec
No more than 300 total cold resist if more than 1 point in cyclone armor (raven allowed)
Max 10% fire res vs Vita sorc
Block:
Teams: No more than 15% block versus non-amazon teams
1v1: No more than 30% block chance vs Barbarians

Assassin:
Light facets on Assassins are banned
Dual Claw Assassins with more than 1 hard skill point in lightning sentry cannot use absorb or + max resist. Those without may use +5 max resist or 20 absorb but not both
Max 66% OW (Fury)
Fire facets are banned

Sorceress:
Energy shield is banned
No stash precast allowed
Blaze may not be used against hammerdins or druids (1v1 only)

Barbarian:
No more than 20% life leech
