But what exactly should i take care nowadays because of the patched FHR.

Usually Nec should have 86% FHR. I have this right now - is it a disadvantage?
Do I need to have like zero FHR or what's the deal right now and does it behave the same with all characters.

No, this is not a disadvantage. Keep using 86 FHR on necro.

48 fhr bp is what everyone in FPK uses, just go download all their builds, no one is using 86.
