Everyone is the same level/build/life/damage - skill expression wins.

Idea behind this league is that everyone has the same build, so there are no gear advantages while being extremely cheap to make, like 300fg max.
This is hosted on non-ladder. I'll stream the MMR Ladder once a week once we get started.

Must be Level 80
Damage check at the start - they must die in 6 Fireballs
Chilling Armor Allowed
Fireball Only (no other dmg skills/blaze etc allowed)
