what type (bleeder? defense?) and bracket (lld, mld or lvl 85+)?

I was thinking high level (70+) and can wear any gear.
Any gear works, but no using enchant/loader BO (so no maxing iron skin and then using loader with max shout to gain an advantage).

We can agree as a community if we want to allow rejs or no pots.

I've hosted 6 tournaments so far and if you do a lvl 70+ all gear allowed, a bleeder barb is the only build that wins in that case, that's why I do different types of tournaments when it comes to high level bvb - one bleeder, one defense.

i would expect people to want to rej, in which case bleeder would be useless

Juving or potting is bm unless it's mana pots, no honor there - it turns into who has the most juvs stored in inventory lol

Juving or potting is not BM in Hardcore. Hardcore PVP has always used juvs/it's part of HC Dueling.. It's a different game where you have to know when/where to strike and override juvs.

SC and HC dueling are very different and have different rulesets/guidelines to what is GM.

Think about it this way.. In SC if someone breaks a rule , they're bm and you go get your corpse.. In HC if someone breaks a rule , you lose your character... This is why juvs became a thing In HC pvp.. You cannot prevent someone from doing it.
