Rules:

Tokens are banned when tournament starts

ES Sorcs BANNED

30% block max on all chars (paladin excluded)

50% block max druid vs barb

Cube Bo ALLOWED

Eth weapons / armors ALLOWED

Stash Chant BANNED

Cube Chant BANNED

CTC AMPLIFY BANNED

Oak Charges ALLOWED

General Rules:

- no modding (aa, tmc, gmod, etc.)
- both players must say go
- no l8z. I'll be mediating the tour so good luck to any l8zers

Specific Rules:

- level 99 characters only
- duels take place in the blood moor
- no thawing/antidote pots
- no rejuvs/hp pots
- no shrines/wells
- no mercs
- no doom
- no prebuffing AT ALL
- max resist of any element is 85%* (or 5% max and 20% sorb)
- max absorb of any element is 20%*
- can't use any +max resist or +%absorb with rising sun, tgods, or luna
- life replenish is capped at 40 (exception of 52 for barbs with angelics)
- max poison off items is 451
- no more than 10% slow off items (with the exception of arach)
- no casting other item charges (unless agreed upon by both parties)
- don't combine more than 1-5% max with more than 20% absorb

Character Specific Rules:

Amazon:

- amazons may use 2 ravens with under 310 cold resist
- slow missiles is banned

Assassin:

- c/c sins with above level 1 traps can't use any +absorb or +max
- If level 1 trap you may use 5% Max resist aka (Lo or Wisp cannot use both on ghost sin)
- lcmb is banned

Barbarian:

- bvc's may use two ravens with under 310 cold resist

Necro:

- bonewall is banned
- lifetap is banned
- iron madien is banned
- all corpse skills are banned
- prison is BM if enemy can't teleport
- may use hotspur or dwarf and 10%

Sorceress:

- blizz sorcs may use doom vs non ias based chars
- magic and physical damage reduced are capped at 15

Paladin:

- cleanse is banned
- prayer is banned
- meditation is banned
- defensive gc's are banned
- holy bolt is banned
- 1 piece of tap is allowed

Druid:

- tgods allowed

Gameplay Restrictions:

- avoiding contact with an opponent intentionally with no plans of attacking
- casting of traps/missiles before both players say go
- camping in houses or intentionally dueling around a house for a period of time will result in a round dq
- camping next to flavie
- if you tele into town by accident, just walk back out and resume duel

Game Techniques:

- there is no restrictions on in-game techniques (IBS, IGA, farcast, hammer-fields, etc)
- no glitching (aura glitch, skill glitching, ww glitch, corpse glitch, blade fury, flame bellow, trang, etc)
