What class counters barb like I find barb hard to beat in 1v1 especially those who know how to chain lock but anyway what’s your theory is d2 a Rock Paper Scissors does it have a counter a perfect geared barb will lose to what perfectly gear character thoughts opinions

I see I was curious bc I’ve tried alot of gm duels seems like barb is pretty hard for any caster

Nec and Amazon are barbs best counters.

A smiter with some waterwalks, griefz and dwarf pretty much make ww barbs useless. I’ve never lost to a barb and consider them my best warm up duel as they slow big fat things.

Any good paladin (e.g V/T, hammerdin, smiter, …) will counter a Barb

For wind druid, keep track of the nado's youve casted and position yourself at points where barb will need to eat a nado to get a WW or Zerk on you. If you don't have max block or have top gear, you will die if they get you hit just a couple times, but it's the funnest way to duel barb and you'll build a lot of skill from practicing it. Focus on timing and positioning instead of being cheap and l8zing while hoping they hit stray nados. Win on a telestomp like a man if you can.

This strat might be kinda fucked because with WW broken we had 2 extra frames to avoid the barb's hits. That buffer might have been patched, but its still good fun practice in a matchup that i always used to hate.
