Who decided what's BM and what's GM ?

Some of it doesn't make sense at all. A smiter can use holy freeze with an oak sage and that's considered GM in smite vs smite but when you whip out a doom you're considered BM ? You can still win against most BM tactics. Just need to think outside the box.

And freeze has only always ever been gm on east, but on west they let you “choose”.
