nope. it's dead, same 3-8 duelers, alot of fun pks on ga though even last time i checked it was down. ga was good for some decent gg fpks. other than that, east is a graveyard. i dont even think people duel seriously anymore. i know i stopped, turned into the mega afker now. meh
