GENERAL GAMEPLAY CHANGES

Character hit block will no longer apply while your character is playing a skill pre-cast animation (Block will still trigger for the skill's post-cast animation).

Character hit recovery will now have diminishing returns when being hit by another player.

Pretty nice. Mind blast used to combo not perma stun

Also these sigs are the greatest of all time

XD I added a beluga one recently.

I wish theyd explained more about how this things supposed to work. When they say shit like this

"to reduce hit recovery spam to prevent edge cases of characters being locked out for too long."

it just makes me feel like it's insignificant but at the same time i feel like we're playing different games as well because no WSG is not some edge case issue...

I think they said they would be preserving the hit recovery/casting breakpoints of legacy, which they have done

They bragged about a peice of garlic for 20 minutes. It was marketed as the same game. Its a completely different game now

oh it certainly is already very different.
and now this new patch really solidifies a departure to completely new.

as a sin main, I'm both worried and kinda looking forward to new meta.

there is too much uncertain right now without having any hands on with these changes, so I don't wanna make any kneejerk posts about it, gotta wait and see.

Charged Bolt Sentry synergy increased from +11% to +17%
Lightning Sentry synergy increased from +11% to +17%

+20 skill levels, your welcome (because assassins were the worst class in the game).

at least kicks are 'Now always hits the target only if the Assassin has any Martial Arts charges'
