I suspect most people here already know this. However, I was surprised to learn recently that several (including a couple old-school) duelers hadn't heard of this command before, so figured I'd post it just to be sure. If you're in this latter category then this may be a small game changer for ya.

In a game type: /nopickup

This is a toggle command that will make it so that you cannot mouse over loot on the ground (ears, gold, potions, items, etc.) so that you don't accidentally click on them while dueling (unfortunately you can still click on shrines and chests). To de-activate it just type the same command again.
