Actions take a set number of frames to occur based on your faster cast rate / hit recovery / attack speed / etc. Do those actions consistently happen on the last frame, or some other frame? For example:
- You are a 125 fcr necromancer, who therefore has a 9 frame cast rate. Let's say you're shooting bone spears. The total casting animation will take (I presume) 9 frames, but is it on the 9th frame that the actual bone spear object is created in the game? Similarly if you cast teleport on frame 0, on which frame (1 through 9) do you actually move to the new location?
- You are a smiter with a 6 frame smite. Again, the full smite animation will presumably take ~6 frames, but on which frame do you actually hit and inflict damage? The 9th?
- I imagine hit recovery is a little different, as it isn't a specific action so much as a delay until you can take a new action. So I presume you're just unable to initiate new actions for that number of frames.
And one special case question if anyone knows: charge seems to happen immediately, like walking / running (i.e. no frame delay). Is this the case? Or does charge have some hidden frame rate?
