Anyone have an opinion yet on controller for gm pvp? Your aim shots work like foh but you cannot hold a namelock or telestomp.

Ive been using it on a light sorc and have mixed feelings. It's a lot of fun but I'm guessing so was AA for similar reasons. Its not as op as aa because of the teleport thing but strong anyways. I imagine pnb necs would be really strong with it too.

What do you think? Be sure to indicate if you have actually used it or dueled against it in your response.

Getting a stomp on you always costs me a hit and if I don't cleanly convert I'm nearly dead if not dead

ya I think if there was some kind of gm ladder the use of a controller would need to be seriously discussed before hand. It gives some pretty big advantages to chars that don't need to stomp like lite sorc and pnb.

the teleport thing is really bad though so there is that... just idk I think ppl aren't really discussing this yet.

I actually not seeing anything mentioned in the fpk or nvn ladders on it either.... I dont want to spam they threads with off topic so maybe i need to make a necro and show them. Butane knows what im talking about though.

Imo both players must agree before hand if controller is allowed. It would be hard to prove because someone can swap seamlessly between cobtroller and keyboard mouse though for any tests u may try like namelock
