- fend / impale damage scaling + will now always hit
- Dodge/evade/avoid locks removed
- Fire arrow improved scaling
- Removed casting cooldown after casting valk

Sin
- MA charges reworked
- MA finisher damage buff
- Removed casting delay after casting shadow
- Blade shield buff (not sure if synergies or scaling)
- Fire trap damage scaling buff

Barb
- war cry buffs (not sure if synergies or scaling)
- Faster Leap / leap attack
- Berzerk now receives synergy from BO
- Throw mastery now has pierce
- Double throw damage buff
- Frenzy now receives synergy from Increased Stamina
- No changes to be expected for WW

Druid
- fire skill buff (reworked synergies, now deals physical damage partially as well)
- Arctic blast revamped synergies
- Werewolf skills receiving AR buff (TBD if it can teleport in SS form)
- Werebear receiving damage buff (TBD if it can teleport in SS form)
- Fireclaw complete revamp
- All summons no longer have hidden random health values
- Ravens receiving synergies
- Wolves damage increased
- Spirits (oak/wolverine/spirit of barb) receives phys summon resist
- Spirit wolves now deals cold damage
- Spirit of barb increased thorns damage

Necro
- skeletal mages mass damage increase
- Iron golem thorns damage increase

- Weaken curse buff

Paladin
- foh getting bolt pierce changes (i.e. slight AoE buff) and less casting delay
- Increased effectiveness and scaling of offensive auras

Sork
- Frost nova scaling buff
- Inferno receiving free form casting like arctic blast
- Hydras casting delay removed
- Nova damage buff (static + thunderstorm synergy now)
- Thunderstorm changes - to be discovered on PTR
- Blaze gives frw to sorc

MERC CHANGES

A3 merc
- more utility skills (to be tested on PTR)

A5 merc
- now has battle cry

SET ITEMS
- Naj's set buff confirmed
- BK set buff confirmed
- General buffs across the board to lesser viable sets (nothing too crazy)

ZONE CHANGES
- monster level changes (ex. arachnid + ruin temples now will have mlvl 85+, more zones to be announced)
- durance of hate area now requires smashing the compelling orb (means slower grush - need to grab all organ parts)

Q&A SUMMARY
- Devs looking to re-design Dclone to make it more accessible to larger audience
- No plans to expand char slots/stash tabs currently
- No new bosses or endgame content planned
- No plans to buff 2h staves and medium-heavy armors
- Devs are dealing with spam bots
- Not all changes will affect classic mode
- No new uniques planned
- No crafting changes planned
- New horadric cube recipes (upgrading tiers of set items)
- No plans to ever implement stacking of runes/gems
- No plans for loot filters yet
PVP balancing was considered during these changes and will need to be tested in PTR - devs taking feedback

Can't wait for my grizzly shockwave druid buffs

tele ss dudus would be nuts both for nado shockwave and rabies.

tbh it all sounds col for pvm, but this gonna do wild things in pvp.

Lmfao and with the new damage per second tick rate boost I will definitely be abusing and trolling with this and firewall

Also a possibility of being able to werebear tele and cast Nados / hurricane etc…
