This is the first fpk tourney ever don’t want to hear any complaint from zon mains and whirl girls

Tournament will take place Sunday Dec 5th at 6pm Eastern time
I will use challonge and randomize the seed 10x live on twitch and post the brackets in this thread
Please read all the rules
Toxic attitudes will not be tolerated, and losses/DQ will be provided as needed.

FPK = Fair Party Killing/Fun Party Killing Allowed classes - BvC, Trap sin (No whirl) , Bone Necro, Tornado druid

Format: 2v2 Double elim FPK
Americas/East region unless both players agree to duel on Europe or west game IP.

Zoso - 1500 Fg
TOESHANK - 1500 Fg

FPK Rules:
For Diablo 2 Resurrected ONLY - Temporary rules depending on bug resolution:
-- Burst of speed is allowed but you cannot use any melee skills/fireblast at all only traps and mindblast
- Dragon talon and dragon flight are banned
- Dragon claw is gm with fade
- Poison Creeper and Carrion Vine are banned. (due to frame rate issues)

General:
- FPK - Cannot exceed over 20% block
- All mods, hacks, programs are banned. (WMC and other mouse-window capture programs are allowed.)
- Toxic attitude and arguing with the host/moderator may lead to loss/disqualification.
- Refusal to show gear, inventory, and/or weapon swap will result in suspension.
- The Moor is to be cleared before dueling. It is at the players' discretion to clear the Moor.
- Both players must signal the start of the duel.
- No offensive abilities or curses be casted prior to your opponent signaling the start of the duel.
- Towning or teleporting past Flavie and bridges in case of a bridge map results in a loss. (Being pushed via KB mechanics is not, come back out and re-signal the continuation.)
- No use of houses (accidentally entering the house is excused - request a mediator to sit in house if it is excessive).
- No use of shrines or wells.
- Recasting is allowed.
- Ties are null duels.
- Refusal to duel results in a loss.
- You may request a mediator for a duel, and by doing so you are accepting whatever decisions they make.
- Overly defensive play can result in DQ but only at a requested mediator's discretion.
- If you get to very low life, continue dueling to the finish. Running to replenish may lead to Loss/DQ.
- No poison necro, auradin, or psn jav zon.
- No respecs/tokens between or during matches.
- No ethereal breakable items.

Consumables:
- No consumables other than mana potions, arrows, and bolts.
- No prebuffing. (Inventory/cube buff allowed.)
- You may stack mana potions before starting a duel.

Items:
- No item charges are allowed with the exception of Oak Sage, Demon limb, Teleport, and Heart of Wolverine
- Doom is banned.
- Slow is capped at 10%.
- Max resistance is 85%. (Exceptions are listed under class allowances)
- No more than 450 resist stack is allowed, or 420 with raven frost.
- Max absorb is 20%.
- When using combinations of items to mitigate do not exceed 80% max resistances / 20% absorb to any single element. (exception - tgods)
- Life rep is capped at 40, NOT including + rep from CTA.
- No more than one poison damage small charm is allowed.
- Only one item that grants CtC Life Tap can be worn at a time.
- When using Phoenix, all monsters must be redeemed before dueling.

Assassin Specific Rules:
- Dual Claw Assassins with more than 1 hard skill point in any trap cannot use absorb or + max resist. Those without may use +5 max resist or 20 absorb but not both.

- Claw claw sins only or 174 with hoto and spirit , No OW phase blades etc

Barbarian Specific Rules:
- 2x Raven Frost is allowed (Can not stack above 325 resists)
- Verdungo + Dual Hoto is allowed
- Grief PB is banned

Druid Specific Rules:
- Poison Creeper and Carrion Vine are banned. (due to frame rate issues)
- Tgods is banned LoLo or Lo Wisp only

Necromancer Specific Rules:
- Bone Wall is banned
- More than 1 hard skill point in lower resist or poison nova is banned
- Bone Prison is allowed only versus characters that can teleport
- All curses are allowed except Iron Maiden, Decrepify, Lower resist and Life Tap
- Corpse skills are banned
- May use +15% max fire resist
