looking for the most powerful all around character and what sort of gear would I need on him

Best all around chat will always and forever be the hdin they can do the most with the least

Easy to stack res
Tons of dam
Easy play patter

Other chars are stronger but require more even a budget hdin can duel

Someone just posted this thread a week or two ago and after a lot of debate it was agreed that a well played psn dagger necro using fireball from Trang’s to stunlock people for the stab then also as a finishing move once your poison has done its job.

Tldr shoot fireball

I have full trangs on a necro already, what items do you need to make this happen?
