I tested this out a bit. I had ias over 450 and I didn’t hit an additional breakpoint for WF or Buriza. There probably really high. Or I didn’t something wrong…

He clearly states you can hit the ias breakpoints that where once capped from the notes he pulled up.

Which means nothing but new balances.
